Are your products handmade?

Yes! Everything is made by us in small batches right here in Lethbridge, Alberta. We focus on quality, consistency, and scents you’ll actually want to keep coming back to.


What kind of fragrance oils do you use?

We use high-quality fragrance oils that are phthalate-free and paraben-free, so your products smell incredible while still being safe for everyday use.


Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Our products are made with gentle ingredients, but everyone’s skin is different. If you have sensitive skin, we always recommend doing a small patch test before full use.


How do I use whipped body butter?

A little goes a long way. Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin and massage in. It melts on contact and absorbs best when used sparingly.


Why does my body butter feel different sometimes?

Because it’s handmade and preservative-free, texture can change with temperature. In warmer weather it may soften, and in cooler weather it may feel firmer—this is completely normal and doesn’t affect performance.


How should I store my products?

Keep your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For body butters especially, avoid leaving them in hot environments (like your car).


How do I get the best burn from my candle?

Trim your wick to about 1/4" before each burn and allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn. This helps prevent tunneling and gives you the best scent throw.


How strong are your scents?

We aim for a balanced scent—strong enough to fill a space, but not overwhelming. Some scents are naturally lighter or stronger depending on their profile.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.


What if I don’t like the scent I chose?

Scent is personal, so we’re unable to offer returns based on scent preference. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before purchasing—we’re happy to help you choose.


What if my order arrives damaged?

Please email us at bobsbathandbody@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo, and we’ll take care of it.
